ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. - Bonaventure falls short against Mount St. Mary's on Saturday, dropping the pack to a 3-2 record on the season.
Coming off the first loss on the campaign to Navy, the Bonnies looked to get back into the win column.
Bonaventure ran into a strong Mount team that led to a contested match. The contest resulted in a 37-17 final with Mount St. Mary's on top.
"We made too many errors in the first half when we had opportunities to score, and we were chasing the game because of it. We're proud of the effort from our men, but we just weren't good enough on the day," said Head Coach Tui Osborne.
Bonaventure returns home to face the University of Mary Washington this Saturday in their final home game this season.
"We are looking forward to training this week and aiming to turn things around this Saturday," said Osborne
