The St. Bonaventure University women's lacrosse team will host Davidson on Saturday, March 18 in its conference home-opener. The game is scheduled to begin at 12:00 p.m. and will be streamed live on ESPN+.

LAST TIME OUT
- The Bonnies used a fast start to defeat Eastern Michigan,14-8, Tuesday afternoon.
- Fiona McGovern led the Bonnies offense against the Eagle with four goals, while Megan Schillinger, Jessica Notaro, and Brooke Piper each added two scores with Piper assisting on two goals the offensive charge for the Bonnies attack.
- Sarah Owens, Nora Anderson, Grace Hollenbeck, and Abby Hiltz also found the back of the net.
- On the defensive side, Owens, Caroline Yoder, Brit Colangelo picked up multiple groundball for St. Bonaventure.
- In the cage, Ashley Herrick and Hayley McIntyre combined for nine saves.

LOOKING TO STAY HOT
- With her four-goal outing on Tuesday, McGovern now has six games with at least three points on the season, including four hat tricks.
- The Bonnies are looking to win their third straight game and second conference game of the season, earning their first A-10 victory at VCU this past Saturday.
- The team has been able to spread this year with 12 different players finding the back of the net so far.
- St. Bonaventure has capitalized on its shot attempts this year, currently ranking fifth in the country with a .518 shot percentage rate.

SERIES HISTORY
- The Bonnies are looking for their first win against the Wildcats since the two programs began playing each other in 2015.
- In last season's matchup, Davidson used their home field advantage to earn an 18-5 victory.
- Fiona McGovern and Courtney Fox scored goals in that matchup, while Nora Anderson and Abby Hiltz added assists.

- Davidson has begun the season with a record of 6-2, most recently defeating Duquesne, 19-7, Saturday afternoon in their conference opener.
- This season Grace Fahey (25 goals), Julianne Carey (18 goals) and Josie Lambert (18 goals) lead the team in goals, while Erin Cooke has a team-high 18 assists.
- Goalkeeper Amanda Monahan has recorded 55 saves on the season, starting all eight games for the Wildcats
- Davidson was selected to finish fourth (72 points) in the 2023 A-10 Women's Lacrosse Preseason Poll, receiving one first-place vote.
