The St. Bonaventure University women's lacrosse team will travel to take on Saint Francis University on Wednesday, April 19. The game is scheduled to begin at 3:00 p.m.
 
LAST TIME OUT

• The Bonnies earned a dominant victory over George Mason this past Saturday, 18-6. 
• Sophomore Fiona McGovern led the way with five goals, while Jessica Notaro (four goals/two assists) and Abby Hiltz (three goals/two assists) were very effective on the offensive attack.
• Brooke Piper, Sarah Owens, Nora Anderson, Tori Nascimento, and Kassi Hogan also added scores, while Brit Colangelo and Grace Hollenbeck chipped in assists.
• In the cage, Senior Ashley Herrick collected four saves in the victory

 
HOGAN EARNS A-10 ACCOLADE

• Junior Kassi Hogan was named Atlantic 10 Defensive Player of The Week.
• Hogan was great on both sides of the field this past Saturday against George Mason, collecting three groundballs and causing five turnovers.
• She also added two goals as the Bonnies were able to secure their first home conference victory since the 2017 season.
• The Guelph, Ontario native has played a large part in the Bonnies winning efforts so far this season as she currently has 10 goals to go along with 17 groundballs, while also causing 15 turnovers so far this season.

SERIES HISTORY

• This is only the third ever matchup between the Bonnies and Red Flashes.
• The two teams played a home and home series during the 2015 and 2016 seasons.
• In those two games, the teams split the series, with the host team grabbing the win in both contests.

 
ABOUT SAINT FRANCIS

• Saint Francis enters this matchup with a record of 9-4 and most recently defeated Central Connecticut State, 23-11.
• This season, Autumn McHenry (43 goals), Bella Fisher (34 goals) and Danielle Hernandez (28 goals) lead the team in scoring, while Hernandez has tallied a team-high 10 assists.
• In net, Elyssa Enrique has started all 13 games for the Red Flashes and has made 151 saves this season.

 
UP NEXT

• The Bonnies will play their final home game of the season against La Salle on Saturday, April 22. The game is set to begin at 12:00 p.m. Prior to the game, eight seniors will be honored as a part of senior day.
