NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – The St. Bonaventure University women's lacrosse team has earned a spot in the 2023 Atlantic 10 Championship Tournament as the No. 6 seed.
The A-10 Tournament will be played at Cary Street Field in Richmond hosted by VCU.
The Bonnies (6-11, 4-5 A-10) will battle the third-seeded Saint Joseph's Hawks (9-8, 6-3 A-10) on Thursday, May 4 at 3:00 p.m.
The winner of the matchup will then take on the Spiders of Richmond on Friday, May 5 at 3:00 p.m.
This is the first postseason appearance for the Bonnies since the 2007 season and will set up a rematch against the Hawks.
The two teams battled in a thriller earlier in the season in which Saint Joseph's earned a 13-11 victory in a back-and-forth matchup.

May 5 at 3:00 p.m. - No. 2 Richmond vs. winner of Saint Joseph's & St. Bonaventure game (semifinals)
May 6 at Noon - Winners of May 5 games (championship game)
