The St. Bonaventure University women's lacrosse team will take on No. 3 Saint Joseph's on Thursday, May 4 in the Atlantic 10 Tournament Quarterfinals. The game is scheduled to begin at 3:00 p.m. and will be available live on ESPN+.

OPENING FACEOFF

• Sixth-seeded St. Bonaventure will vie for a league title this week in the A-10 championships hosted by VCU. First up is a battle with Saint Joseph's, a squad that scored a come-from-behind victory over the Bonnies last month. The winner of Thursday's quarterfinal matchup will advance to Friday's semifinal to matchup against second seed Richmond.

CAREER MILESTONES

• Senior Nora Anderson notched her 50^th career goal in the Bonnies regular season finale at George Washington, while junior Abby Hiltz also collected her 50^th career score last Saturday.
• Brooke Piper used a first quarter hat trick to earn her 20^th goal of her freshman season. She also has 31 points, which ranks fourth on the team.

BONNIES EARN ALL ATLANTIC 10 ACCOLADES

• First year head coach LeighAnn Stauffer was named Atlantic 10 Co-Coach of the Year.
• Stauffer led the Bonnies to a 4-5 record in conference play, while helping the Bonnies earn their first A-10 victory since the 2017 season.
• Redshirt freshman Jessica Notaro was selected to the A-10 All-Rookie Team. The Lancaster, N.Y. native has 35 goals on the season, currently ranking second on the team. She also has tallied five assists, while scoring two or more goals on the year.
• Brit Colangelo also earned a spot on the all-rookie team. The Scarborough, Ontario native had been the leader of the Bonnies defensive efforts as a true freshman, leading the team with 38 groundballs and causing a team-high 25 turnovers.
• Colangelo's numbers place her in the top ten in groundball and caused turnovers.

ABOUT SAINT JOSEPH'S

• The Hawks are currently one of the hottest teams in the Atlantic 10, entering this matchup as winners of 8 of their last 11 games.  
• For the season, Maddie Yoder (35 goals), Bonnie Yu (33 goals) and Emma O'Neill (25 goals) led the team in scores, while Lisa Ross tallied a team-high 20 assists.
• In net, Jorden Concordia has started all 17 games and made 156 saves for the Hawks.
• Saint Joseph's enters the A-10 tournament with a wealth of experience, coming off a 2022 season that saw them upset UMass to earn the A-10 championship.
