The St. Bonaventure University softball team returns home to host Saint Louis for a three-game series which starts with a single game Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m. The series will conclude with a doubleheader Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m.
LEADING OFF
The Bonnies are coming off a doubleheader sweep on the road at Le Moyne Wednesday afternoon. Bona's grabbed game one, 7-1, before a comeback win in extra innings in game two, 10-7.
Mackenzie Frani tossed a complete game in the opener, striking out four and scattering just three hits. Nolah Moyer drove in three runs for the Brown and White while Sydney DeGram and Kymora Wang registered two RBI each.
In game two, the Dolphins jumped out to a 5-0 lead in the first.
The Bonnies battled back, however, highlighted by a game-tying three-run home run in the top of the seventh off the bat of Wang.
Bona's went on to score five runs in the extra frame, including a three-run home run from Lauren Dundon.
TEAM LEADERS
Sydney DeGram sits atop the Bonnies roster with a .321 batting average on a team-best 44 hits. DeGram also ranks second on the team in runs scored with 17, just two behind Abigail Ahern for the team lead.
Grace Miller leads the Bonnies with five home runs while Lauren Dundon has belted four home runs. Kymora Wang is third on the team with three home runs while leading the squad with 21 RBI.
In the circle, Mackenzie Frani has made 27 appearances for the Brown and White, pitching a team-high 91.2 innings and striking out 50 batters. Kendall Stull has a team-best 5.20 ERA in 72.2 innings of work.
SAINT LOUIS NOTES
·      Saint Louis enters the weekend 21-24 overall and are 11-10 in Atlantic 10 play. The Billikens have picked up series wins over Saint Josephs', Loyola Chicago and Dayton this season.
·      Abby Ulsas leads the Billikens with a .331 batting average while scoring a team-high 33 runs. Karsen Jany is second on the team with a .293 average and has a team-high 11 doubles.
·      Isabel Royle has a team-high eight wins in the circle in 104.1 innings of work, pitching to a 3.82 ERA. Anna Christ leads all qualified pitchers with a 3.00 ERA.
UP NEXT
The Bonnies wrap up action in the 2026 regular season with a three-game set against George Washington at Joyce Field, starting Friday, May 1.
