ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. – Bonnies Golf graduates Michael Bucko and Caleb Decker have earned selection to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District At-Large Team for their work in the classroom and on the course during their St. Bonaventure careers.

Bucko, a business management major from Johnson City, N.Y., graduated in May with a 3.53 cumulative GPA. A top player for the Bonnies in each of his four seasons with the program, he led the team with a 24th-place finish at the Atlantic 10 Championship to close out his career, one season after placing seventh at the conference tournament. One of the program's all-time leaders in rounds played, scoring average and birdies, he earned four top-15 tournament finishes as a senior.

Also a four-year contributor for the Bonnies, Decker graduated with a 3.68 cumulative grade point average as a business management major. The Verona, N.Y. native is a two-time selection to the Academic All-District Team and earned St. Bonaventure's award for leadership in management at this year's graduation ceremonies. On the course, he was a regular member of the Bonnies lineup over his four seasons and scored two top-15 finishes this year.

The 2026 Academic All-District At-Large Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the athletic realm and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions. At-large sports include golf, fencing, ice hockey, gymnastics, lacrosse, rifle, skiing, water polo, beach volleyball, bowling, rowing, field hockey and wrestling.
