BUFFALO, N.Y. – The St. Bonaventure men's swimming and diving team had several swimmers score event victories, propelling the Bonnies to a 151-143 win at Canisius Saturday afternoon.
 
Graduate Maciej Danilewski, sophomore Michael Pietrucha, freshman Alexander Behr, and sophomore Kyle Gluck started the afternoon with a victory in the 200-medley relay with a time of 1:34.95.
 
Danilewski also pick up individual victories in the 100-backstroke (51.34) and the 200-backstroke (1:57.77).
 
In the 50-freestyle, Gluck touched the wall in a time in second place at 21.43. The sophomore grabbed second place in the 100-freestyle (47.65) and the 200-freestyle (1:46.96) as well.
 
Senior George Kalletta secured a victory in the 200-IM, touching the wall in a time of 2:00.37.
 
On the diving board, sophomore Lucas Dekaney picked up a victory in the 3-meter dive (342.30) while freshman Zyad Morsy was victorious in the 1-meter dive (304.65).
 
St. Bonaventure will be in the Reilly Center Pool on Saturday, Jan. 22 to host Binghamton. Diving will kick off the meet at 11:00 a.m. and swimming will begin at 1:00 p.m. prior to the swimming portion of Saturday's meet, the Bonnies will honor seniors Matthew Bielobradek, George Kalletta, William Lowe, Jake Ruffolo and Alec Thomas.
