The St. Bonaventure University baseball team travels to Dayton for a three-game series beginning with a doubleheader on Thursday, May 11. Game one is scheduled for noon. The series schedule was changed due to inclement weather in the forecast Friday.Â

- Senior Pierce Hendershot hit a three-run home run in the seventh inning to propel the Bonnies past Richmond on Saturday, 8-7.
- With the Bonnies trailing late following a back-and-forth battle, Hendershot stepped up to the plate with two outs in the top of the seventh and hit a three-run round tripper off Richmond's reliever Esteban Rodriguez to move the Brown and White from two down to one up with what would be the game-winning blast.
- Graduate student Liam Devine earned the victory out of the bullpen by throwing five innings in relief, only allowing one run on five hits with seven strikeouts.

- With his masterful outing in relief Saturday, Devine has factored into the decision in seven of Bona's eight wins on the season.

- Jack Putney leads the team with a .322 batting average and 12 doubles. He is also tied for first in RBIs (23) with Jackson DeJohn.

- Redshirt junior Adam Rankie has a team-high 49 hits and 30 runs, while being second with a .306 batting average and nine doubles.
