WASHINGTON, D.C. – St. Bonaventure University softball student-athletes Karena Recrosio, Kymora Wang and Kendall Stull earned selection to the Atlantic 10 All-Conference Second Team, conference officials announced Tuesday.
Recrosio started all 46 games in left field this season, leading the Bonnies and ranking fourth in the Atlantic 10 with a .372 batting average. She also paced the Bonnies in on-base percentage with a .439 mark. Recrosio had a stretch of 18 games where she reached base safely from April 1 to May 1.
A native of Pittsburgh, Pa., Recrosio finished the year tied for eighth in the A-10 in hits (51), tied for ninth in stolen bases (12) and tied for 10th in runs scored (33).
Recrosio added seven doubles and one triple to her line while driving in seven runs.
Wang finished the year with a .348 batting average which was good for second on the Bonnies. She made 46 starts at third base. Her 13 doubles ranked second in the Atlantic 10 and her 30 RBIs tied for the team-high.
She ranked fourth in the A-10 in slugging percentage (.576) and was fifth in on-base plus slugging percentage (1.003).
A native of Vestal, N.Y., Wang also led the Bonnies with four triples and three home runs.
Stull, a native of Waterford, Pa., hit .331 across all 46 games for the Bonnies to go along with 11 doubles, two home runs and matched Wang with 30 RBIs of her own. Â
She also made 21 appearances in the circle, pitching 48.1 innings and striking out 23. Stull was a lock down reliever for the Bonnies, recording six saves which led the Atlantic 10 and ranked seventh in the NCAA.
