The St. Bonaventure University softball team heads back out on the road to take on Saint Joseph's for a three-game series, beginning with a doubleheader Saturday afternoon at 12:00 p.m.

LEADING OFF
The Bonnies are coming off a tough doubleheader on the road at Binghamton Wednesday afternoon, falling 12-7 in game one and 11-3 in game two.

Grace Miller belted home runs in both games for the Brown and White, driving in five runs.

Kymora Wang drove in three runs for the Bonnies in game one, finishing 3-for-4 in the contest.

TEAM LEADERS
Sydney DeGram leads the Bonnies this season with a .319 batting average on a team-high 38 hits. DeGram ranks second on the team with 11 runs scored.

Miller leads the squad with five home runs and 18 runs batted in.

In the circle, Mackenzie Frani has tossed 82.0 innings and has struck out a team-best 46 batters.

SAINT JOSEPH'S NOTES

• The Saint Joseph's Hawks were voted to finish fourth in the Atlantic 10 Preseason Coaches Poll. The Hawks enter the weekend 18-19 overall and 8-7 in the A10. The Hawks are tied for third in the conference. SJU are coming off a 2-1 series victory over the George Washington Revolutionaries.
• The Hawks enter the weekend with seven hitters batting .280 or better. Meghan Sinkus leads the team, among qualified batters, in batting average hitting .321.
• Taylor Trowbridge has been the Hawks top pitcher covering 69.0 innings pitched, allowing just a 2.54 ERA, good for fourth in the A-10.   Julia Shearer and Ava Farina have also made appearances in the circle. Shearer holds a 2.91 ERA and a 4-6 record. Farina holds a 4.28 ERA over 34.1 innings of work.

UP NEXT
The Bonnies return home to host Canisius Thursday, April 23 in a makeup doubleheader rescheduled from April 1. First pitch is slated for 2:00 p.m.
