ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. – The St. Bonaventure University men's soccer program has added four freshmen to the roster ahead of the 2026 season, head coach Mick Giordano announced.

Alistair McFall, Michael Adenaike Jr., Ben Marsh and Ethan Lustig are set to join the Bonnies in the Fall of 2026.

Alistair McFall is a midfielder that joins the Bonnies from Ottawa, Ontario. He attended Glebe Collegiate Institute while also spending time with CF Montreal Academy in MLS Next. He helped capture a City Championship and was named team MVP. McFall is one of the top-ranked players in FTF Canada.

GIORDANO ON McFALL: "We are thrilled to welcome Alistair to the Bonnies family. He is a top ranked prospect out of Canada for good reason. Alistair can play within the front three or between the lines as a midfielder. The versatility, passion and desire to be elite are second nature to Alistair. He will make an immediate impact on and off the field as he wears the Brown and White."

Joining the Bonnies from Philadelphia, Pa. is defender Michael Adenaike Jr. who was a standout student-athlete at Central Bucks East High School. Adenaike Jr. has also spent time with FC Delco, New York Red Bulls and Philadelphia Union at the youth club level. Off the field, Adenaike Jr. is a three-time distinguished honor roll member.

GIORDANO ON ADENAIKE JR.: "MJ is a person and player our program is happy to add into our men's soccer team at SBU. He is a no-nonsense defender with the hunger to keep clean sheets over anything else. MJ brings experience from three of the best youth clubs in the entire country having spent time at Philadelphia Union, New York Red Bulls, and FC Delco. Those environments breed good people, top level players and relentless winners. We are excited to see him put those lessons learned while wearing the Bonnies badge."

Ben Marsh joins the Brown and White as a midfielder from Halifax, Nova Scotia. He was a standout player for Lockview High School and also spent time with Suburban FC. While with Suburban FC, Marsh helped the squad to a Canada Soccer U-17 National Championship.

GIORDANO ON MARSH: "Ben is a player we are really excited about adding to our Bonaventure family. He is a resolute midfielder who will bring quality to our midfield both in and out of possession. As good as Ben is on the ball picking a pass, he is even better defensively with his desire to tackle. Our staff knows his work rate and determination to be successful will play immediate dividends to our team."

Coming to St. Bonaventure from Manalapan, N.J. is midfielder Ethan Lustig who was a standout player for Manalapan High School. He posted 95 career points on 37 goals and 21 assists. He was a two-time All-State First Team selection, a two-time All-Shore Conference selection, the 2024 Shore Conference Midfielder of the Year and the 2024 Ashbury Park Press Regular Season MVP. Lustig was a four-year team captain for Match Fit Academy in the ECNL, earning First-Team All-Conference honors in 2025. Lustig has also spent time with Cedar Stars Monmouth.

GIORDANO ON LUSTIG: "Our staff is delighted to add Ethan to our program here at St. Bonaventure. Ethan is a footballing Swiss army knife with his ability to play at an elite level in multiple positions. His comfort level with both feet and IQ to play either centrally or wide will allow the staff to be flexible with our tactical output from the first day of preseason. Ethan is a competitor and will bring a strong desire to win as soon as he steps onto campus."
