QUOTES FROM COACH SMIECHOWSKI
"Good start to the season. Youngstown State is a very talented team that brought a lot of energy. This is one of the best Penguin teams they have had in a long time. This was a good test, exciting energy and a good sign of things to come."
"We would love to come away with a non conference dual meet win, but not at the expense of end of year performance. We swam through this meet well. Learned to race in a tough training cycle and nearly stole a win late."
"This was good for us. Learning how to swim with pressure and in tight races early with fatigue will give us confidence when it matters most at Atlantic 10 Championships."
