QUOTES FROM HEAD COACH BOB MACFARLANE
"The team made impressive strides, showcasing both individual and collective growth. We compare their times from last year at this time and most our our athletes that ran this event last year were significantly better today. Our freshmen also made great gains from the first meet last month. We give the athletes credit for their dedication of running their workouts on their own over the holiday break of five weeks. It shows they are committed to individual and team success. The weather hasn't been conducive to quality workouts but they didn't let that hinder their development."
