QUOTES FROM HEAD COACH BOB MACFARLANE
"What a year it's been! From summer training to the final finish line, our team showed resilience, growth, and heart. Strong performances throughout the fall with multiple PRs and breakthrough races. Consistent team efforts led to solid finishes at invitationals and athletes breaking school records. We had a record-breaking winter and spring track season with several athletes hitting personal bests across events—from sprints to mid-distance and distance events . Key meet performances include school records, numerous athletes qualifying for indoor and outdoor championships, along with athletes placing in the top-10 and scoring in the championships. To compete at a high level across all three seasons takes more than talent—it takes grit, consistency, and heart. Our athletes showed up day in and day out, in every kind of weather, balancing school, training, and competition. Their dedication laid the foundation for a year of growth and success.
"The work continues! Off-season training and summer miles will lay the foundation for another strong year. To all our graduating seniors – thank you for your leadership. To returning athletes – let's build on the momentum."
