From the moment she arrived on campus, Anna Belliveau established herself as arguably the most dominant women’s swimmer in St. Bonaventure history.
A two-time Atlantic 10 Most Outstanding Performer, Belliveau helped guide St. Bonaventure to A-10 Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships in 1997 and 1998.
Envisioned as a leader by all her teammates, her work ethic was second to none as she claimed 16 gold medals at the A-10 Championships over her illustrious four-year career.
Belliveau made her mark in the sprint events, claiming the 100-yard and 200-yard freestyle in back-to-back conference championship meets.
At the time of her induction, Belliveau still held school records in four events, including the 100-yard free and 200-yard free.
