St. Bonaventure

The distinguished holder of many of the St. Bonaventure University tennis records at the time of his induction, James Marchiony was 27-2 in singles play and 19-9 in doubles.

In 1973 he became the first undefeated singles player (8-0) and repeated (8-0) in 1974.

WSBU Athlete of the Year in 1974, he won 29 consecutive matches (1973-1975). He was 15-0 in singles at home.
