Bartlett was one of the first recruits for then-coach Tony Zostant in a fledging women's lacrosse program, and she helped the new program earn instant respect. After a brilliant freshman season in 2002, the East Rochester, N.Y. native was named the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Year. She finished sixth in the A-10 with a then-school record 49 points on 29 goals and 20 assists. As a sophomore, Bartlett earned All-Conference accolades after she finished third in the Atlantic 10 and led the Bonnies in scoring with 38 goals and 30 assists for 68 points. She ranked 10th nationally in scoring at 4.0 points per game, and her 30 assists ranked eighth nationally. Bartlett upper her scoring as a junior to 33 goals and 39 assists for 72 points -- new school records for both points and assists. Her 39 assists led the nation, and she ranked fifth nationally in points per game (4.0).

Bartlett totaled 61 points her senior season and earned her third consecutive All-Conference selection.

Bartlett remains St. Bonaventure's all-time leading scorer with 121 goals and 119 assists for 240 points.  Over her four seasons, the Bonnies went 32-26 and qualified for the A-10 Tournament twice (2003, 2004) – the first-ever A-10 postseason berths for the program.

Bartlett graduated in 2005 with a degree in physical education. She owns a personal training facility in Naples, Fla.
