Jen Bovee graduated as the softball program’s all-time leader in hits (178) and runs scored (106), and ranked second in career RBI (93) and third in batting average (.366) at the time of her induction.
As a senior in 1999, Bovee assembled one of the greatest campaigns in school history, setting single-season records for hits (60), runs scored (41), and slugging percentage (.731), while ranking second in single-season batting average (.414), RBI (35), and walks (21).
She remained at Bona’s as an assistant softball and strength and conditioning coach for one year and was named an All-American Strength and Conditioning Student-Athlete.
