St. Bonaventure

Don McLean served as the “Voice of Bonnies Basketball” from 1956-89, working for WHDL and, later, WPIG Radio.

McLean called 899 consecutive games during his career and described some of St. Bonaventure’s most memorable games and seasons. McLean was apart of the NCAA teams of the 1960s, the 1970 Final Four team and the NIT Championship ball club in 1977.
