One of the greatest guards in SBU history, Bremer ranks among the school’s all-time leaders in points (1,732, 9th), 3-pointers made (223, 2nd), steals (185, 6th), assists (334, 8th) and free-throw percentage (75.2, 14th). In Bremer’s four seasons, the Bonnies forged a 70-50 record – the most successful four-year run for Bonaventure since 1978-1981 – and earned three postseason berths, including a trip to the 2000 NCAA Tournament.

Bremer was among the nation’s most prolific scorers his senior season when he averaged 24.6 points per game – the second highest for a Bona player since Bob Lanier put up a 29.1 average in 1969-70. Bremer earned Atlantic 10 First Team honors as a senior in 2001-02 and was also named Chris Daniels Most Improved Player in the conference that season. An A-10 Third Team selection as a junior, the Cleveland Heights, Ohio, native garnered five A-10 Player of the Week citations over his career – second most in school history.

Bremer, who averaged 24 points per game in three postseason contests (1 NCAA, 2 NIT), signed a free agent contract with the Boston Celtics in 2002. With the Celtics in 2002-03, Bremer averaged 8.3 points per game and earned All-NBA Rookie Second Team honors. He also played with the Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors before embarking on a successful career overseas. He played professionally for over a decade in many top leagues in Spain, Turkey, Bosnia, Greece and Russia.

In Bona's Centennial Season, he was selected as a member of the Bonnies All-Time Team.
