Nicole Renninger was a three-time All-Conference selection in volleyball. She was chosen to the Atlantic 10 honorable mention all-conference team as a freshman and then made the All-Conference team in both her junior and senior seasons.

An outstanding all-around player, Renninger finished fourth in the Atlantic 10 in kills as a sophomore in 1995. In 1996, her junior season, she ranked 26th among all NCAA Division I players in kills with 512 (4.7 per game). Renninger holds the St. Bonaventure records for kills in a season and in a career.
